As we continue in searches for better health, there are a lot of sources that basically paint the vegetables we eat as cardboard, as if you were to pull a cardboard box literally off of its foundations and eat big chunks of it to get important nutrients such as fiber. This is not the case. You could eat creamy, vegetable casseroles with onions, peppers, canned corn, canned green beans, and cream of mushroom soup and a light crumb topping for a staggering, low amount of carbs. The casseroles taste great and are at roughly 45 percent of the normal carbohydrates that you would intake eating a cheeseburger. Add to that subtracting all the trans-fat that you would ingest and regret. Having a low carb diet as well as average diet and exercise can significantly reduce possible carb and calorie related illnesses and diseases. This leaves you living longer and feeling more fresh without the over-intake of vitamin supplements to get you down to feeling half that way or fourth. It gets you hydrated and ready to resume daily activities. You will get a kick of energy to do more that no meat enriched high carb food will give.
