Casio CTK 720 or Yamaha PSR E223?

Hello guys, recently I got an offer in which I can buy a casio ctk 720 with adapter for where as yamaha psr e223 for without adapter (15 bucks extra for adapter) so which one is good for beginners? Is it worthy for a beginner to invest around 0 on yamaha or can compromise for casio piece?
